Open icloud for windows from the start menu. If you want to download your photo or video as it was originally captured or imported choose unmodified original. You ll find it in the navigation pane on the left hand side of the window. If you want to download all your photos at once press. Next press all if you want to download everything in icloud photos.

When you found it click on it and you will see 2 options. To open the download photos and videos dialog click the option from the toolbar. Download photos upload photos. If you do not see icloud photos click pictures in the navigation pane then double click icloud photos. Now click on download photos and that should give you the option for selecting all of your icloud photos or year titled folders.
